As spoken, you have been selected as one of the Body Makeover Challenge participant. Details of the training are as below:

Day : Tuesday & Thursday         Time : 8:00pm - 10:00pm

Day : Saturday                                     Time : 11:00am - 1:00pm

On Tuesday (18 October 2011) will be your first training. Please be there at 7.30pm. Do not be late.


Venue: Celebrity Fitness Bangsar Village II
Attire: Sports Attire, sports shoe

Tau tak, i've been selected to be one of the contestant dalam NST Body Makeover Challenge 2011... Seriously shocking tau, i thought xdapat....sedih dah..pastu tetiba Fiday evening aku dapat call dr NSTP bg tau aku terpilih..dush3......Nampaknya, hasil usaha kawan aku berbaloi..thanks a lot guys...seriously, without u guys i will not be part of that programs...i promise guys, aku akan buat sehabis mungkin...tak2...sehabis baik..insyaallah..doa anda adalah kekuatan saya....Luv u guys...Next 12 weeks will become more chellenging for me...and my target 2kg per weeks...will i????????? yes i will....i will...i will....
